Please make payments for classes at the Front Desk. All classes, activities and events arranged at this Senior Center are for the convenience and pleasure of the participants who desire to attend. Level 1 EnhanceFitness Class
10:30 am - 11:15 am
Tuesdays and Thursdays
Members: $3.00, Non-members: $3.50, Kaiser members: Free

This chair exercise class is designed for people with limited mobility. No charge for Eligible Kaiser Permanente Members (those who have Medicare Parts A & B and are “locked in”).  Pay at the Front Desk. You may purchase a Level 1 Enhance Fitness ticket for up to 15 sessions, good for 90 days.

Gentle Yoga

Yoga is an excellent way to keep your mind focused and your body healthy. Each class includes seated kneeling and floor exercises. Bring a mat. Instructor Heidi Mair RYT (200 level) & certified in teaching Yoga to Seniors. You may purchase a Gentle Yoga ticket for up to 15 sessions, good for 90 days.

Pickleball for All Ages

Location: Spartan Recreation Center Gym
A fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn!

Shoreline Walks Community - Walking Program
Shoreline Walks is a community walking program helpings adults stay active, meet new
people (or connect with old friends) and feel more confident navigating our City by foot. The free walks are led by a walk leader and explore neighborhoods, streets, parks and trails. Walks are rated by difficulty and open to all ages and abilities.  To learn more about Shoreline Walks and to see a full list of upcoming walks, visit our website.
