Keep Your Balance. Keep Moving! Instructor, Toshiko Aramkai has developed a meaningful and relevant program for today’s seniors. By the end of the 10 week session, the goal for the participants will be able to see improvement in their physical abilities. The fall session begins September 20 and runs through November 22, 1:00 to 2:30 pm, in the Center’s Exercise Room. Pre-registration is strongly suggested: do so at the senior center’s front desk or call (206) 365-1536. Funding for this class is by the Shoreline Fire Department.
