1. KEEP CALM WITH YOGA

Do you have the winter blues? Feel stressed
after the holidays? Yoga is often recommended
to ease anxiety, depression and stress. What
makes Yoga unique? Mindful meditation along
with breath and body awareness differentiates
Yoga from other forms of exercise. Specific
Yoga poses release tension, increase energy
and lead to an overall sense of well-being.
This 3-part series will include a short
discussion before class, a gentle Yoga practice,
breath work, meditation and a period of rest.
Classes will include poses on the mat or chair
and standing.
This is not a drop-in class.
Minimum enrollment 5; max enrollment: 20.
