This balance class focuses on strengthening
all major muscles on your body. This class is
for those who need a little more attention from
instructor and focus on strengthen your
muscles, your bone health, balance, agility,
flexibility and reaction time. These are all very
important for seniors to prevent falls and to
prevent injuries even if the falls happen.
