Thank you for the interest in how you can partner with the Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Senior Center. There are many opportunities available for your organization to provide your information and handouts to the participants. The only for-profit organizations that are allowed to display their information are required to be a sponsor/partner of the Senior Center.
Birthday Celebration, other special celebrations, i.e., Mothers Day, Father’s Day, Grandparents Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and many others.
These celebrations are held during the daily meals. The meal is subsidized by the US Government and our chef provides “from scratch” meals. Some of the opportunities provided by the sponsorship program are: table for handout materials, place to hang banner, 3 minutes to talk to the participants about your organization.
The Arts Festival Breakfast
Held the last weekend in June. This is a two day event, and you can have a table with handouts on it for both days.
The Annual Aloha Luau
Held the first Saturday in October. It features our Hula dancers called the Kupunas, as well as the dancers from a local Hula Studio. A traditional feast is provided with live music and dancing. Again this is not only seniors.
The Annual Holiday Bazaar
Held the first Friday and Saturday in November. There are many vendors and over 2,000 people attend this event. This is one of the larger fundraisers for the Senior Center with a Silent auction, Bake Sale, lunch and snack sales, and the Bargain Corner Thrift Shop. You would have a table for your handouts and a banner in the dining room. You can also provide an item worth $25.00 or more that can be displayed and won at our Silent Auction. (For this opportunity your organization must be a Corporate Sponsor.)
Display table with representatives: We are offering an opportunity for sponsors, to have a table by the sponsorship advertising area for 2 hrs. You will be able to talk to participants and provide them with one-on-one information.
The Corporate Sponsorship information.
There are three levels of sponsorships:
- Premium Partnership – $375 per quarter Place to put a flier and tri-fold brochure in our Information Center, 1/4 page ad in the Activities Guide, plaque on the Corporate Partnership board, and the opportunity to have a space at the Annual Holiday Bazaar.
- Gold Partnership – $250 per quarter Place to put a flier and tri-fold brochure in our Information Center, plaque on the Corporate Partnership board.
- Silver Partnership – $125 per quarter Place to hang a tri-fold brochure or flier in the Information Center
